The Annual Report will be sent to shareholders on 12 October 2023, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting. The 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10 Crown Place, London EC2A 4FT on Thursday 16 November 2023 at 11.00am. Full details of the proposed resolutions will be set out in the Notice of AGM.
The Board encourages shareholders to vote on the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM by proxy in advance of the deadline to be set out in the Notice of AGM. Further details regarding voting by proxy will be set out in the Notice of AGM.
