Appointment of new Director
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Uma Bhugtiar as a non-executive Director of the Company, with effect from 19 October 2023.
Uma is an experienced corporate lawyer, most recently serving as Head of Compliance at Hillhouse Capital Management. Prior to this she was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Tybourne Capital Management and the Head of Asia Pac Equities Client and Business Solutions for Credit Suisse. The Board believes that owing to Uma's extensive experience in Asian capital markets and commitment to high standards of corporate governance she will be an excellent addition to the Board.
