In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Utilico Emerging Markets Trust plc ("the Company") announces that on 31 December 2023 the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue in the Company is 194,400,700. No shares were held in treasury.
