Annual Financial Report and Notice of AGM
Hollywood Bowl Group plc (the "Company") announced its audited results for the year ended 30 September 2023 on 17 December 2023. Further to that announcement, the Company confirms that the following documents have been published today:
· Annual Report for the year ended 30 September 2023 ("2023 Annual Report")
· Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
These documents are available on the Company's website at www.hollywoodbowlgroup.com, and printed copies will be posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive documents in hard copy today.
The AGM will be held at 9.30 am on Monday 29 January 2024 at Investec Bank plc, 30 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7QN.
In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 copies of the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism for submission to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule ("DTR") 6.3.5(1A) the regulated information required under DTR6.3.5 is available in unedited full text within the 2023 Annual Report as uploaded and available on the National Storage Mechanism and on the Company's website as noted above.
