Ben Almanzar, CFO, stepping down to pursue new role in North America

 

Zug, Switzerland - 15 January 2024 - Coca-Cola HBC AG ("Coca-Cola HBC" or the "Company"), today announces that Ben Almanzar, Chief Financial Officer, has informed the Company of his intention to leave to take up a new opportunity in North America.  Ben will remain in the role until the end of May 2024 to ensure an effective transition of his responsibilities.

Coca-Cola HBC is conducting a search for its next CFO considering internal and external candidates, and an announcement will be made when appropriate.

Zoran Bogdanovic, CEO of Coca-Cola HBC said: "On behalf of everyone at Coca-Cola HBC, I would like to thank Ben for his commitment and valuable contributions to the Company over the past three years.
