Completion of acquisition of Newable Ventures Limited by Maven Capital Partners UK
Further to our announcement on 1 December 2023, Maven Capital Partners UK LLP ("Maven"), part of Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and asset management business, is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of the entire share capital of Newable Ventures Limited ("Newable") from Newable Capital Group Limited.
The acquisition allows Maven to expand its activities into direct Enterprise Investment Scheme ("EIS") investment and provide emerging businesses with an additional way to access venture capital, and a new avenue for investors to invest tax-efficiently in smaller UK companies with high growth potential.
