    Abzena provides proprietary technologies and complementary services in the UK and US to enable the development and manufacture of biopharmaceutical products. The development of biopharmaceuticals is a growing area and requires specialist technology and expertise.

  • Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO)

    Advanced Oncotherapy plc is a UK-based company focused on delivering a more affordable proton-based radiotherapy called LIGHT. Based on  ground-breaking technology developed and tested at world renowned CERN in Switzerland, the LIGHT system allows the  delivery of protons with far greater precision. The first LIGHT system is expected to be installed in Harley Street, London in 2017.

    AVO’s technology – validated by the LIBO prototype developed at CERN and its relationship with established operators such as Circle Health in the UK, Sinophi in China, SUNY Upstate Medical University Hospital in the US – is expected to revolutionise the treatment paradigm for cancer.


    ANGLE is a specialist medtech company listed on the London Stock Exchange AIM market (AGL.L).

    ANGLE's lead product is the Parsortix micro-fluidic cell separation device, which can capture very rare circulating tumour cells (CTCs) in cancer patient blood – even when there is less than one CTC in one billion healthy cells. ANGLE secured CE Mark regulatory authorisation for the clinical market in December 2013 and FDA authorisation work is in progress.
