Shares and AJ Bell Media are pleased to present our event in London on Tuesday 6 June 2017.

Our evening event provides an opportunity for board directors from these five companies to make a presentation about their company and update existing & potential investors on their business plans.

During the event and afterwards over drinks, investors will have the chance to discover new investment opportunities and get to know the companies better by talking one on one with the company directors.

The event will take place at the offices of NEX Exchange which operates a regulated, UK stock exchange for small and medium size companies. 
 
AB Dynamics (ABDP) is engaged in the design, manufacture and supply to the global automotive industry of advanced testing and measurement products for vehicle suspension, brakes and steering both in the laboratory and on the test track. With over 90% of sales to export, the Group's products are used for research, development and production quality control. The Directors believe that the Group is one of the leading UK suppliers in its market, with customers including the research and development divisions of some of the world's leading vehicle manufacturers.
 

Central Asia Metals (CAML) is an AIM-listed UK company based in London and owns 100% of the Kounrad SX-EW copper project in Kazakhstan. The company has been producing copper at industry leading cash costs for five years and will continue beyond 2030. CAML has a dividend policy of distributing to shareholders a minimum of 20% of gross revenue from Kounrad and has to date returned over $95m to its investors. The Company also has an effective 80% interest in the Shuak copper property in northern Kazakhstan and will begin a detailed exploration programme in Q2 2017.

 
St Mark Homes (SMAP) has been listed on the NEX Exchange since 2000. They are a residential developer operating in London and the South East. They primarily operate on a joint venture basis targeting schemes with individual property sales below the £600,000 Help to Buy threshold. Annual dividend is currently at 5p per share.
 
NQ Minerals (NQMI) is an Australia-based exploration and mining company, focusing on projects where past exploration work has established the presence of mineral occurrences. The Company’s management team has decades of experience in the exploration and production of gold, silver and a variety of base metals.
 
Capital for Colleagues (CFCP) offers a unique service providing advice, funding and investment for existing or aspiring employee owned businesses and companies, as well as supporting the growth of these businesses with patient capital. They advise clients on what needs to be done to become employee owned, working with experienced legal professionals to ensure a smooth transition to employee ownership status. In tandem with this, they advise on funding to support the transition or to support business growth and provide their own debt or equity capital investment.
