Experian PLC - Dublin-based credit checking - Subsidiary Experian Europe DAC prices an issue of €500 million in 1.56% bonds due May 16, 2031, which is expected to extend the maturity of the group’s debt portfolio.

The proceeds from the bonds will go towards general corporate purposes, including acquisitions.
