Nanoco Group PLC - Manchester-based nanomaterial developer and manufacturer - Raises £2.3 million from a placing and subscription for new shares at a price of 37 pence per share. Company says its broker option was ‘very significantly’ over-subscribed. The total amount raised in the fundraise amounts to £5.7 million before costs. End of year cash is now expected to be between £7.0 million and £7.5 million.
