Industrials REIT Ltd, up 3.2% at 170.00 pence, 12-month range 1.46p-170.00p. Shares hit 12-month high as demand for multi-let industrial space continued to outstrip supply in the first quarter. For the first quarter to June 30, the London-based real estate investment trust says the average passing rent increased by 27% on the aggregate of all new lettings and lease renewals, the highest growth rate achieved to date.

Dignity PLC, up 0.6% at 448.00p, 12-month range 380.50p-823.00p. The funeral services provider says it has secured an authorisation from the UK Financial Conduct Authority under the new regulatory regime. The FCA says it is launching new regulations for the prepaid funeral plan market to bring higher standards and boost consumer protection.

Sabre Insurance Group PLC, down 0.3% at 113.65p, 12-month range 100.00p-242.50p. Credit Suisse downgrades the insurer to ’neutral’ from ’outperform’. Earlier this month, Sabre warned inflation will have a bigger effect on the underwriting margins than anticipated.
