One Heritage Group PLC on Monday named Anthony Unsworth as its new chief financial officer, effective immediately.

One Heritage is a Manchester-based residential property developer in north-west England.

Usworth succeeds Jeffrey Pym, who joined the company in April 2020 as interim CFO.

One Heritage said that Unsworth has over 14 years experience with FTSE 100 and 250 listed house builders. Most recently, he was a divisional finance director at Countryside Partnerships PLC, where he ‘oversaw significant change through organic and acquisitive growth’. Prior to that Unsworth was a finance director at Barratt Developments PLC from 2007 until 2018.

Chair David Izett said: ‘I am delighted that Anthony is joining the board of One Heritage Group as CFO, bringing with him the financial expertise, public company experience and track record in property development that our rigorous search had targeted.’

One Heritage shares closed 2.8% lower at 24.80 pence each in London on Monday.
