Crimson Tide PLC - Kent, England-based mobile software firm - Chief Executive Officer Luke Jeffrey steps down from role to become product director, with immediate effect.

As a result, Non-Executive Director Jacqueline Daniell will become chief executive officer.

Daniell’s most recent executive role was as CEO of Wey Education for three years since 2018 until its sales in Inspired Education in April last year.

‘I have worked with Jacqueline for several years and greatly respect her ability to lead a committed Executive Board. Having been on the board as a non-executive for over a year, she fully understands our business. Luke has done an excellent job as CEO, and I thank him sincerely. Focusing on his new role as product director will enable him to concentrate on his true passion,’ said Chair Barrie Whipp.
