Versarien PLC - Cheltenham, England-based engineering materials company - Signs a commercial agreement with BiaBrazil, a Brazilian sports and active wear manufacturer. Deal will see Versarien’s graphene-wear technology integrated in a new range of ‘women and men’s active wear garments’. The two companies have been working together for the past 16 months, including undertaking ‘extensive trials’. The garments are expected to be available for sale in the first quarter of 2023.

Chief Executive Officer of Versarien Neill Ricketts said: ‘We are hugely excited to be in partnership with BiaBrazil. Through our partnership we will be able to create garments that have been designed with comfort, style and design in mind, whilst also maintaining high levels of quality and performance with our graphene-wear technology.’

Current stock price: 15.76 pence, down 3.8% on Monday
