Tharisa PLC - Cyprus-headquartered platinum miner focusing on southern Africa - Raises $31.8 million through a bond issue in Zimbabwe, which it says exceeds the minimum requirement of $25.0 million. But late last month, it said it planned to raise $50 million to part fund the Karo Platinum Project in Zimbabwe. The bond will be listed on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange on Friday.
