GlobalData PLC - London-based data, insights, and analytics platform - Chief Executive Officer Mike Danson sells 2.8 million shares at 1,150 pence each on Thursday, worth £32.1 million. Following the sale, Danson’s interest in GlobalData is 71.1 million shares, owning 60% of total voting rights in the company. ‘The sale of shares was made to satisfy significant demand from new and existing institutional investors, following a successful Capital Markets event held on Tuesday,’ GlobalData explains.
