Impact Healthcare REIT PLC - London-based real estate investment trust - In the quarter to December 31, net asset value falls. NAV per share as at December 31 decreases 5.5% to 110.17 pence from 116.62p at September 30. NAV total return is 3.8%, including dividends of 6.508p per share paid in the year. Says gross loan to value ratio was 24% at December 31, up from 21% a year prior. Declares fourth interim dividend of 1.635p per share, up from 1.6025p in 2021. Looking ahead, Impact Healthcare says: ‘The board remains confident in our underlying strategy and that the business model will continue to deliver attractive returns to investors.’ Says for the quarter to March 31, has so far received 97% of rents due. Received 100% rents due in the quarter to December 31.
