Technology Minerals PLC, up 8.1% at 1.19 pence, 12-month range 1.00p - 4.25p. Says that its 49%-owned battery recycling business, Recyclus Group Ltd, has been given a schedule five notice by the UK Environment Agency for its variation of environmental licence application for its Lithium-ion recycling plant in Wolverhampton, England. A schedule five notice is the final stage before a licence is determined which, if successful, will enable the plant to start recycling operations. Once the site is fully operational, the Wolverhampton plant will help Recyclus’ ambition to increase its lithium-ion battery recycling capacity from an estimated 8,300 tonnes in the first full year of operations, to circa 41,500 tonnes by 2027, Technology Minerals says.

Impact Healthcare REIT PLC, down 1.4% at 101.00 pence, 12-month range 90.76p - 128.20p. The real estate investment trust sells Mulberry Manor, a 49-bed care home in Mexborough, England, for £1.3 million. Mulberry Manor was acquired as part of the Seed portfolio in May 2017. In 2017, Impact bought a portfolio of residential care homes for a total consideration of £148.8 million. The portfolio, consisting of the Core Seed Portfolio and the Mulberry Portfolio, included 56 residential care homes with a total of 2,479 beds. It is expected that the transaction will be complete during the first quarter.

Castillo Copper Ltd, down 2.0% at 0.90 pence, 12-month range 0.60p - 1.55p. Is ‘delighted’ with the latest assays results for the Tors Tank and Fence Gossan prospects. Says they ‘materially increase confidence’ in the shallow, clay-hosted, rare earth element discovery across the central part of the BHA Project’s East Zone. The best intercepts include 13 metres at 1,550 parts per million total rare earth oxides from 5 metres and 17 metres at 1,605 parts per million TREO from 2 metres. Adds a full interpretation will be will be released once all the assay results for the auger sampling campaign and drill-holes RT_002-004RC are received from the laboratory.
