Sosandar PLC - Wilmslow, England-based women’s clothing retailer - Names Nick Mustoe, current non-executive director as non-exec chair with immediate effect. Mustoe assumes the role on an interim basis while a permanent chair is appointed.

Fulcrum Metals PLC - mineral exploration and development company focused in Canada - Appoints Prospectair Geosurveys Inc to start geophysical surveys at the company’s Big Bear property, a subset of the much larger Schreiber-Hemlo project, and Dayohessarah Tocheri Lake property. Prospectair will acquire magnetic and time-domain electromagnetic data using proprietary TDEMsystem called ’ProspecTEM’. Survey is aimed at identifying structures potentially controlling mineralisation and possible direct detection of larger mineral deposits and is expected to commence during May 2023, with final data, modelling, and interpretation expected by the end of June 2023.

Goodbody Health Ltd - Somerset, England-based aggregator of health and wellness services and products - Launches new mobile phlebotomy service to develop and increase the reach of the phlebotomy services that Goodbody is able to offer. This allows testing to be undertaken in the patients home or other convenient location and meets the needs of those unable to travel. Says this is a significant piece of technology that has been developed over 4 months. Adds phlebotomy contracts signed with 5 other testing suppliers who wish to use Goodbody Clinics as a phlebotomy partner.

Quantum Exponential Group PLC - London-based company focused on investing in quantum technology - Welcomes Chancellor Jeremy Hunt’s commitment to the UK’s technology sector and quantum computing. As part of the Spring Budget, Hunt announced a new ‘Plan for Quantum’, and a commitment to invest approximately £2.5 billion over 10 years in the sector in a bid to make the UK a world leading quantum enabled economy by 2033. Chair Ian Pearson said: ‘The Spring Budget is very welcome news that the government is continuing to expand its support for quantum technology.’
