Landore Resources Ltd - Canada-focused precious and base metal project explorer and developer - Announces that William Humphries will not be standing for re-election at the company’s upcoming annual general meeting on June 29, as he is retiring. Humphries will therefore relinquish his position as chief executive officer. Says it is in ‘advanced discussions’ with a potential replacement CEO candidate. Should the discussions not be finalised by the upcoming AGM, Chief Financial Officer Glenn Featherby will become interim CEO until a permanent replacement is found.

Landore also announces that Non-Executive Chair Charles Wilkinson will not be standing for re-election at the AGM, as he is retiring. Non-Executive Director Huw Salter will take over as non-executive chair at the conclusion of the AGM.
