Lighthouse Properties PLC - Mauritius-based property investor previously named Lighthouse Capital Ltd - Sells a further 145.5 million shares in Hammerson PLC for R 936.3 million. On Thursday last week, Lighthouse said it disposed of 98.1 million shares in Hammerson for R 616.1 million. As at November 18, Lighthouse directly owned 352.2 million shares, or 7.1%, in Hammerson. Hammerson is a London-based property development and investment company. Lighthouse says its sale of Hammerson shares will allow it to pursue yield-accretive direct property acquisitions.
