Bridgepoint Group PLC - London-based private equity investor - Prices $430 million in US private placement notes. The offering has four tranches with maturities of three, five, seven and ten years. The average coupon is 6.2%. The money from the debt offer will be used to refinance debt from Bridgepoint’s recent addition of Energy Capital Partners Holdings LP to its platform. The notes are expected to be issued in the second quarter. Bridgepoint says the placing shows the confidence that US investors have in its credit quality and growth strategy.
