Says trading of shares to be suspended on March 25. The merger, announced in January, will be conducted through the voluntary liquidation of JPMorgan Multi-Asset and the transfer of its assets to JPMorgan Global Growth & Income. JPMorgan Multi-Asset shareholders will receive new JGGI shares.
