Intercede Group PLC on Thursday said it has launched the latest version of its Multi-Factor Authentication MyID MFA product.

The Lutterworth, England-based cybersecurity software firm said the newly released MyID MFA v5 delivers ‘enhanced security, flexibility, and easier integration for organisations seeking to protect their applications, data, and networks.’

MyID MFA v5 is an authentication server and passkey issuance solution.

Chief Executive Officer Klaas van der Leest said: ‘I am very pleased to make this announcement, as the MyID MFA v5 product has been created by an integrated development and test team. This new functionality and product integration was a key plank of our rationale for the acquisition of Authlogics. Our customers and partners continue to derive maximum value from their investments whilst Intercede makes the most efficient use of our combined resources.’

Shares in Intercede rose 2.6% to 100.00 pence each in London on Thursday afternoon.
