450 PLC - London-based acquisition vehicle eyeing content, media and technology sectors - Names Andrew Lindsay as executive chair, with effect from February 1. Lindsay is the former chief executive officer of FTSE-250-listed Telecom Plus PLC. Current 450 Chair Waheed Alli will step into the deputy chair role, with effect also from the beginning of February.
