Issue of Equity
The Company announces that following the receipt of an exercise notice for employee options, it has today allotted 651,352 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the terms of the Company's Employee Status Scheme share option plan.
Accordingly, an application has been made for the 651,352 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will occur at 08.00 on 4 October 2016. Following admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 160,690,027 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
