EF Realisation Company's net asset value per share fell by 38.55% to  51.55p in the six months to the end of March.

Net assets totalled £27.0m - down from £44.0m at the the end of September.

The company was established as a successor vehicle to Ecofin Water & Power Opportunities plc to hold the illiquid assets formerly owned by EWPO which ceased trading on 21 September following completion of the scheme of reconstruction. 

Its two successor companies - EF Realisation Company Limited and Ecofin Global Utilities and Infrastructure Trust - began trading on the London Stock Exchange on 26 September 2016.
