PJSC ROSSETI Authorized Capital Increase
16 June 2017. Moscow, Russia. - PJSC ROSSETI (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, today announces that the Federal Tax Service has registered the Amendments to the Company's Articles of Association as the result of the additional issue of 2,832,285,434 ordinary shares with a nominal value of RUB 1 placed via public offering.
The authorized capital of PJSC ROSSETI was increased from RUB 198,070,729,091 to RUB 200,903,014,525.
