Patagonia Gold cut production guidance for its flagship Cap-Oeste project in Argentina due to equipment installation delays.

Production at Cap-Oeste for the year is now expected to be 24,850 ounces of gold equivalent, significantly lower than previous guidance, due to delays getting an agglomeration circuit installed, the company said.

Production at Lomada, however, is expected to reach 6,100 oz Au for the year, significantly higher than forecast.

Overall, the company expects group production of 30,950 oz AuEq, up from 25,800 in 2016.
