Result of General Meeting

Haydale (AIM:HAYD), the global advanced materials group, is pleased to announce that at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.

The number of votes lodged by proxy for and against each of the resolutions proposed, and the number of votes withheld, were as follows:

Votes for

Votes against

Votes withheld

1.   To authorise the directors to allot shares

2.   To disapply pre-emption rights

Votes withheld are not votes in law and so have not been included in the calculation of the proportion of votes for and against a resolution.

As announced on 22 February 2019, following the passing of the Resolutions Keith Broadbent has been appointed CEO with David Banks reverting to Non-executive Chairman.

The Fundraising remains conditional upon Admission.

Application has been made for the admission of the Placing Shares, the Subscription Shares and the Open Offer Shares to trading on AIM, which is expected to become effective and dealings commence at 8 a.m. on 13 March 2019.

Following admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights will be 317,723,848 Ordinary Shares and Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
