Metal Tiger said it had been issued shares in Sandfire Resources representing about 3.5% of the enlarged company, in exchange for its entire shareholding in MOD Resources. Metal Tiger said it had retained an uncapped 2% net smelter royalty over about 8,000 square kilometres in the Kalahari copper belt in Botswana and a $2m capped net smelter royalty over the T3 project.
