The Company announces that it has been informed that, on 12 January 2021, Tim Eckes (Client Services Director), has in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 14,560 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 80.00 pence per Ordinary Share and then repurchased into his Individual Savings Account (ISA), the same number of 14,560 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 80.24 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the completion of these transactions his ultimate beneficial ownership is unchanged and remains at 60,374 Ordinary Shares in total, representing approximately 0.38% of the Company's total voting rights.
