The Company announces that, further to the announcement on 6 January, and with effect from and including 11 January 2021, its name has changed to Blackstone Loan Financing Limited.
The Company's ISIN, SEDOL and trading symbol will remain the same.
The change of the Company's name does not affect any rights of shareholders, and existing share certificates should be retained as they remain valid.
