The Company was notified on 21 January 2021 that Mr Iain Evans, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired 5,200 ordinary shares in the Company from his wife, a PCA, by way of gift and subsequently Mr Evans sold 7,779 ordinary shares and Mrs Evans sold 9,250 shares.
