On 1 February 2021 Artemis Investment Management LLP notified the Company that its percentage holding in the ordinary shares of the Company, with a nominal value of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), was 3.90% on 29 January 2021.
The Company are therefore announcing this information in order to comply with Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
