Pacific Horizon Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at a general meeting of the Company held earlier today the resolutions to allot ordinary shares in the capital of the Company and to disapply the statutory pre-emption rights on the issue of ordinary shares, as set out in the circular to shareholders dated 26 February 2021 (the "Circular"), were duly approved by shareholders.
