Directors' Participation in Subscription Exercise
As at close of business on 25 March 2021, each of the Company's Directors, who are shareholders, have exercised their right (or have indicated their intention to do so) to subscribe for new Ordinary shares in the forthcoming subscription exercise on 31 March 2021. The subscription exercise offers shareholders the ability to purchase one new Ordinary share for every ten Ordinary shares held at a price of 173.31p.
