Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
The Company announces that it was notified on 29 March 2021 of the following trades by directors, as detailed in the table below:
· John Treharne, Founder Director, has sold 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company. Following this sale, John's shareholding in the Company is 2,091,908 ordinary shares; and
· Paul Gilbert, Senior Independent Director, has sold his entire remaining shareholding of 204,442 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company. As previously announced (RNS: 7782L), Paul will retire from the Board at the next AGM.
