Estimated Daily Net Asset Value (NAV)
The Vietnam equity markets fell sharply Thursday from their record highs on Monday 19th April. The markets were closed on Wednesday for a National public holiday, and when they re-opened today they were buffeted by concerns on further global outbreaks of COVID-19, profit taking, and impacted by rising levels of margin lending. The Vietnam All Shares Index dropped by 3.3%, and VNH's estimated Net Asset Value per share decreased by 3.3%.
The Company announces that, at its close of business on 22 Apr 2021 its Estimated NAV was USD 156.3 million or USD 3.646 per share and GBP 112.4 million or GBP 2.621 per share (GBP/USD = 1.3912).

Calendar year-to-date performance is calculated by reference to NAV/share and VNAS at the previous calendar year end (31 Dec 2020). 5-year CAGR (compound annual growth rate) is calculated by reference to NAV/share and VNAS as at 22 Apr 2016. 10-year CAGR is calculated by reference to NAV/share and VNAS as at 22 Apr 2011. VNAS is sourced from Bloomberg, which uses back-tested positions for VNAS for before 27 Jan 2014 as released by HoSE (Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange).
