The LTIP awards will vest on the third anniversary of the grant date subject to achieving the performance criteria detailed in the Company's Annual Report 2020. For the Group CEO and Group CFO, a holding period of two years following the vesting date will apply, such that the awards will not normally be released until the fifth anniversary of the grant date.
