Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Focusrite plc, the global music and audio products company supplying hardware and software used by professional and amateur musicians and the entertainment industry, announces that, on 30 April 2021, Paul Dean, Non-Executive Director bought 1,500 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), 500 of which were at a price of 1220 pence per Ordinary Share and 1,000 of which were at a price of 1225 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the above purchase, Paul Dean has a total beneficial interest in 9,437 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
