The Company has been informed that, with effect from 6 May 2021, Jane Lodge, a Non-executive Director of the Company and Chair of the Company's Audit and Risk Committee, has stepped down from the board of Costain Group plc as Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee.
This disclosure is made in compliance with Rule 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules.
