Annual meeting of the holders of the London Merchant
Securities Limited £175m 6.50% secured bonds 2026
The annual meeting of the Bondholders' will be held at 25 Savile Row on 21 June 2021 at 11.00 a.m. The meeting will be hosted by Damian Wisniewski (Chief Financial Officer of Derwent London plc, which is the parent company of London Merchant Securities Limited).
In line with the current UK government guidelines, public meetings can operate from 21 June 2021. Should the government extend the lockdown restrictions, we will revert to a closed meeting which will operate by a conference call.
