The Company announces that Richard Brooman has today transferred a holding of 3,100 Ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company (the "Shares") via a sale of 3,100 Shares at 335.25p from a JM Finn general account and subsequent purchase of 3,100 Shares at 335.47p in a JM Finn ISA account. Following the transaction, the aggregate shareholding of Richard Brooman remains unchanged.
