At the seventh annual general meeting of the Company held at 2.00pm today at 3 Dorset Rise, London EC4Y 8EN, all resolutions were passed on a poll. The polling results for each resolution are set out below:

iii) A "vote withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of the proportion of the votes "for" and "against" a resolution.
