Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) or Connected Persons

 

In accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 and DTR3, LSL was notified on 27th May 2021 that the following Directors and PDMRs were granted options to purchase ordinary shares of 0.2p in the Company under the Company's save as you earn option scheme (SAYE):

The 2021 SAYE is an all employee scheme approved by HM Revenue and Customs.

 

The 2021 SAYE exercise price for the options granted is £3.27 per ordinary share of 0.2p and the options are exercisable at the end of the three year saving plan. David Stewart,  Adam Castleton, Steve Goodall and Andy Deeks each received options in relation to 3,302 ordinary shares of 0.2p and Helen Buck and Jon Round each received options in relation to 2,388 ordinary shares of 0.2p which are exercisable between 1st July 2024 and 31st December 2024.

 

The information set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014.
