Tavistock announces that the Company's Chairman, Oliver Cooke, and its Chief Executive, Brian Raven, have today respectively purchased 1,080,000 and 900,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 5.5p per share.
Following these transactions, Mr Cooke is interested in 30,039,256 ordinary shares of 1p each representing 4.94 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, and Mr Raven is interested in 68,322,362 ordinary shares of 1p each representing 11.24 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
