Change of AGM Date and Dividend Timetable

Braemar (LSE: BMS), a leading international provider of shipbroking, financial advisory, risk management and logistics services, announces that in response to the recent UK government's announcement delaying the lifting of the current COVID-19 restrictions, the date for its annual general meeting ("AGM") will be postponed to 26 August 2021, in order for shareholders to have the best opportunity of attending the AGM in person.  Further information will be included in the AGM Notice, which is expected to be sent to shareholders at the end of July with the Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 28 February 2021.

As announced in the Company's preliminary results on 3 June 2021, the Directors are recommending a dividend of 5p per share for approval at the AGM for the financial year ended 28 February 2021.  On account of the postponement of the AGM, and subject to approval at the AGM, the dividend will now be paid on 1 September 2021 to all ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 23 July 2021, with a corresponding ex-dividend date of 22 July 2021.  The last date for Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP") elections will be 10 August 2021.
