Share Options Grant and Director/PDMR Dealings
Bango (AIM: BGO), the global platform for data-driven commerce, announces that on 8 September 2021, in line with the established policy of allocating employee share options, the following Directors and PDMRs were granted options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the capital of Bango ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 201.5 pence per share, being the closing price on 7 September 2021 (the "Exercise Price").

In addition, on 8 September 2021, the following person who is employed full-time by Bango.net Limited, being a person closely associated ("PCA") with Raymond Anderson, was granted options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at the Exercise Price.

All options vest over a three year period, in twelve equal installments, one twelfth each quarter and may be exercised up to the tenth anniversary of the date of grant. The options have been granted as part of The Bango Employee Share Option Scheme.
On 9 September 2021, Paul Larbey, CEO, for personal tax planning purposes and to increase his shareholding, exercised 10,000 share options at an average exercise price of 121.55p each. To cover the cost of exercising his share options Paul Larbey sold 5,674 Ordinary Shares at a price of 215.00 pence per Ordinary Share. In aggregate Paul Larbey has increased his shareholding by 4,326 Ordinary Shares to 32,623 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.04 per cent of the total issued share capital of Bango.
