Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations.
On 23 September 2021 the following awards over ordinary shares of 13 8/9 pence in The Rank Group Plc (the "Company") were granted under The Rank Group 2020 Long-Term Incentive Plan to the following person(s) discharging managerial responsibilities:

Vesting is subject to relative total shareholder return, earnings per share and strategic measures measured over a three-year period, as well as a share price hurdle. In addition, on 23 September 2021 the following award over ordinary shares of 13 8/9 pence in the Company was granted under The Rank Group 2021 Recovery Incentive Scheme to the following person discharging managerial responsibilities:

Vesting will be after two years subject to continued employment (without notice) and 50% of the award will be subject to meeting financial targets for net gaming revenue and profits after tax for the 2021/22 financial year.
